These coupon offers are provided by Metro Brands Limited (“Metro”) for eligible purchases made on www.metroshoes.com (“Website”). By using a coupon code, the customer agrees to the offer-specific and general terms set out below.

• Offer: 10% discount on eligible orders of ₹1,999 or more

• Maximum discount: ₹1,000 per order

• Redemption limit: Two successful redemptions per eligible customer

• The customer must access the offer through an eligible campaign link or otherwise meet Metro’s campaign-attribution criteria.

• Each eligible product must have a current selling price of ₹2,000 or more.

• The minimum order value will be calculated on eligible products after product-level markdowns and before applying the coupon.

• The coupon must be entered at checkout and successfully applied before payment.

• The offer cannot be combined with any other coupon, promotional voucher, loyalty redemption, employee discount, or similar benefit.

• Offer: Extra 15% discount on eligible orders of ₹3,500 or more

• The coupon is valid only on products displayed on the designated ELEVATE15 landing page and marked as eligible for the offer.

• Each eligible product must have a current selling price of ₹3,500 or more.

• The minimum order value will be calculated on eligible products after product-level markdowns and before applying the coupon.

• The coupon must be entered at checkout and successfully applied before payment.

• The offer cannot be combined with any other coupon, promotional voucher, loyalty redemption, employee discount, or similar benefit.

• Any maximum discount and customer-level redemption limit displayed in the offer communication or at checkout will apply.

5. General Coupon Conditions

1. All offers are valid only during the period communicated on the relevant banner, landing page, campaign communication, or checkout page.

2. Coupons are valid only on eligible products and while stocks last. Certain products, brands, categories, new launches, limited-edition products, or already discounted merchandise may be excluded.

3. Unless expressly stated otherwise, coupons are valid only for purchases completed on the Website and cannot be redeemed at Metro retail stores or any third-party marketplace.

4. The applicable discount and final payable amount will be displayed at checkout. The discount applies only when all eligibility requirements are satisfied.

5. Shipping charges, convenience fees, gift-wrapping charges, or other non-product charges will not count toward the minimum order value and will not be discounted unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. If a product is cancelled, returned, or becomes unavailable and the revised eligible order value falls below the required threshold, the coupon benefit may be recalculated or withdrawn. Any refund will be based on the net amount actually paid for the returned product after allocating the coupon discount proportionately.

7. Coupon discounts are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, credit, or gift vouchers. Any unused portion of a coupon benefit will lapse.

8. A redeemed coupon or coupon benefit will not ordinarily be reinstated following cancellation, return, exchange, failed delivery, or refund, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Metro.

9. An order will count as a successful redemption once it has been successfully placed using the coupon. Metro may exclude cancelled, fraudulent, unsuccessful, or fully refunded transactions when determining redemption limits.

10. Eligibility and redemption limits may be verified using information associated with the customer, including their account, name, mobile number, email address, payment instrument, device, IP address, or delivery address.

11. Bulk purchases, reseller transactions, automated transactions, duplicate accounts, and transactions involving suspected fraud, manipulation, or misuse are not eligible. Metro may cancel the coupon benefit or associated order after reasonable verification where misuse is identified.

12. Employees of Metro Brands Limited and their dependent family members are not eligible unless the applicable offer communication expressly states otherwise.

13. Metro may correct genuine technical or typographical errors and may suspend, modify, or withdraw an offer prospectively where reasonably necessary, including in cases of fraud, system failure, or circumstances beyond its control. Changes will not affect completed and confirmed eligible orders except where fraud, misuse, or an obvious pricing error is established.

14. Product purchases remain subject to Metro’s standard Website Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns and Exchange Policy.

15. In the event of a conflict between these general conditions and the specific terms displayed for a coupon, the coupon-specific terms will prevail to the extent of that conflict.

16. Metro’s decision concerning offer eligibility will be final, subject to the customer’s rights under applicable law.

17. These offers and their terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the dispute-resolution and jurisdiction provisions contained in Metro’s Website Terms and Conditions.
